We stumbled upon Houmous&Co and had some of the FRESHEST MOST DELICIOUS VEGETARIAN FOOD EVER. Met the owners…who by the way start the day at 4am and continue from scratch preparation through closing… We sat outside and were just “taken” by how perfect our meals were - fresh, delicious, very generous portions and perfectly priced. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for healthy and happy quality food to include Houmous&Co in your itinerary!! ”
“ I wish I could eat more, it was so delicious. I enjoyed every bite. The hummus was smooth and creamy. One had olive oil and the other a sprinkle of sumac. Everything on my plate was fresh. The salad had lots of yummy greens and parsley. The pita bread was thin and great for dipping to gather all the flavors. The chickpea moussaka with the rice was so yum. It was a delightful vegan dinner. I went in afterwards and thanked the chef for such a lovely meal. Lebanese food to perfection. Enjoy! ”
“ It’s very casual place. The people are very nice. The humus and mutadel are very good. I had a chicken shawarma sandwich arriving in the city and sat down for a vegetarian plate on the way out. The sandwich was quite thin, personally I find a bit too little humus or salad inside (some fries or grilled veggies would be nice). But the chicken was tender and flavorful. The plate I had was generously portioned. Probably would be nice to have more fattoush to refresh between the nutty spreads. The falafel was so-so, a bit dry and no herbal flavor. The cheese fatayer had too much dough and i can’t taste the labne. The spinach fatayer was better. The wine leaf wrap was nice, usually too sour for me but these ones were good. Lebanese tea didn’t have the orange blossom taste. The chicken liver was not there both times unfortunately. It’s very good but not perfect. ”
